@Kosmicd12

Idk I'm still not convinced that 8-4 can be improved

@Zaikkano

"He was more than a tenth of a second ahead of anybody else on the leaderboard, pure domination." Jesus Christ, we're in too deep

@wailmoregd140

“Say the line, Salt”
“Imagine a bus”
*Applause*

@tommykarrick9130

I think my favorite progression in these stories is always the slow transition from “impossible for humans to achieve” to “regarded as impossible for humans” to “being attempted by top runners” to “it was finally achieved by”

@MEGAsporg12

"he was 10milliseconds faster than anyone else. Total domination"

@dogderboi793

I laughed a lot when he said “he actually had 1 frame of wiggle room” like woah mans could’ve took a vacation in that

@kennylauderdale_en

Your dedication to covering these speedruns is inspirational. So glad a channel like this exists.

@Ben729Gaming

Update: Lekukie and Niftski have achieved a frame-perfect 8-4, meaning that humans have finally reached perfection in Super Mario Bros.!

@Bismuth9

21:05 There will be consequences

@nikbluecher

"There was now only one more framerule to be saved: 4-2"
Me when i see theres still half of the video remaining: oh boy

@stormbornapostle5188

We're at the point where speedrunners are gonna start playing during solar storms in hopes of having a beneficial bit flip.

@dukem8774

When I hear "impossible" "too precise" or "too difficult for a human" in the speedrunning community I end up translating it to "give us a bit we'll figure it out"

@pairot01

"He actually had a frame of wiggle room", now that's a ridiculous sentence.

@DBG2k

If there's no bus reference I'm going to be extremely disappointed....

Update
I was far from disappointed

@lucasvals4354

“Well... You might have heard of him...”

“Matt...TURK.”

@ExpletoryPenguin

I admire this man's ability to turn 2.75 seconds into the 45 minute long hero's journey that it is

@daddyswaggums3578

My favorite part about summoning salt is how he’ll be talking about how someone made an extremely important discovery and then their name is something like “420_blazit” or something.

@danielgysi5729

Summoning Salt: "...frame rule-"
Me: "IT'S LIKE A BUS"

@agp11001

29:32 - For some reason, I find it hilarious how Niftski is rightfully celebrating while Mario is just standing there, forced to helplessly watch that Buzzy inexorably bearing down on him.
