What weight are you using? Love this bc it looks doable for me.
It's all great that you are encouraging people to work out. But you're presenting an unrealistic expectation that this is going to give you abs. You don't get abs from lifting weights you get abs from the kitchen. You also have to have a very low body weight percentage in order to actually see that muscle
