Corn Bingsu Recipe 🌽🍧 Corn Puree 340g sweet corn (I used canned!) 4 tbsp condensed milk 4 tbsp butter ⅓ cup milk ½ tsp salt Shave the ice, press down in the middle and layer with condensed milk and corn puree, top off with condensed milk, corn puree, frosted flakes, corn, and black pepper! SO GOOD trust me omg

Philippines has a version of Corn bingsu too, We call it “Mais con yelo”.. 🌽 perfect for a hot weather mostly during summer. Anyway, glad to see you visited & enjoyed our food here in the Philippines. 🫶🏼

We have mais con yelo here in the Philippines! Basically just like bingsu, you need shaved ice, sweet corn kernel, condensed milk or sugar and cereal 😁

We have a corn dessert in the Philippines too! It's called Mais con Yelo! Shaved iced with sweetened cream corn (sometimes plain cream corn) and evaporated milk!! (I liked adding grated cheese on top of mine for a salty savory sweet snack 💞

I’m from Hawai’i where shave ice is huge, here’s some unusual flavors that you could get the ingredients for in Korea: cola, bubble gum, cream soda, red velvet cake, gummy bear, longan, yuzu, almond float, white rabbit, peanut butter/peanut butter cup, calpico, mango sticky rice, yakult, ginger, milk tea. If you’re super brave a local sherbet shop has had these flavors: spam eggs and rice, miso ramen, umeboshi, kimchi, dill pickle, onion

we have that in ph, we called it "mais con hielo" - meaning corn with ice which consist of shaved ice, kernel corn, cream corn, evaporated milk, and sugar
