As an introvert I will openly admit that half the time I get invited to do stuff or make plans with people, the fact that I was even invited or that someome showcased a desire to do something with me is more enjoyable than actually doing whatever it was that we agreed to do.

I remember one time i was actually excited to hang out with an old friend and she cancelled last minute. So last minute that i was already at the place waiting. It sucked because i had been telling my mum about it all week and how i’d probably be out all day because we had so much to catch up on. Ended up aimlessly walking around for 4 hours before going home so that my mum wouldn’t know that i got stood up.
