Clear Quartz Noise for Healing | 12 Hours | Black Screen | Helps with Anxiety, Sleep and Tinnitus

Having recently been introduced to the healing benefits of Clear Quartz, I thought it would be remiss of me not to create a video to try to capture some of its energy.

Historically, Clear Quartz has been revered by numerous civilizations for thousands of years - from the Greeks, Romans, and Egyptians, as well as in Native American and Chinese tradition. Its main benefits are said to be in healing, cleansing, and helping balance and focus.

So in order to try to capture this, I thought I'd need to get my hands on some Clear Quartz. Thanks to ‪@eerieambience‬ I was able to borrow 2 Clear Quartz singing bowls (an A note and a deep C note, both tuned to 432hz - the 'miracle' or 'healing' tone) and record some of the harmonious intervals created by the two bowls together. I was also informed that the bowls were infused with tanzanite, which is known for its ability to help emotional and physical healing.

And using my usual techniques, I was able to elongate and filter some fabric scratching and straw blowing to blend with the bowls, to layer in high white and deeper brown noise behind.
