سکون پایا ہے بے کسی نے حدودِ غم سے نکل گیا ہوں
سکون پایا ہے بے کسی نے حدودِ غم سے نکل گیا ہوں
خیالِ حضرت جب آ گیا ہے تو گرتے گرتے سنبھل گیا ہوں
کبھی میں صبحِ ازل گیا ہوں کبھی میں شامِ ابد گیا ہوں
تلاشِ جاناں میں کتنی منزل خدا ہی جانے نکل گیا ہوں
حرم کی تپتی ہوئی زمیں پر جگر بچھانے کی آرزو تھی
بہارِخلدِبریں ملی تو بچا کے دامن نکل گیا ہوں
مرے جنازے پہ رونے والو فریب میں ہو بغور دیکھو
مرا نہیں ہوں غمِ نبی میں لباسِ ہستی بدل گیا ہوں
یہ شان میری یہ میری قسمت خوشا مَحَبّت زہے عقیدت
زباں پہ آتے ہی نامِ نامی ادب کے سانچے میں ڈھل گیا ہوں
بفیضِ حسّان ابنِ ثابت برنگِ نعتِ نبیِ اکرم
