Like parched soil rejoices at the touch of the first rains,
We blossom, upon your arrival…

Theeraina poovula maalalle maa bratukulu malichevu
తీరైనా పూల మాలల్లే మా బ్రతుకులు మలిచేవూ
Like an artisan intricately weaving the perfect garland,
you have crafted our lives!

Korkelu vere levayya, nee challani choope chalayya
కోర్కెలు వేరే లేవయ్యా, నీ చల్లని చూపే చాలయ్యా
