Luke Evans - Henry Cavill's physique nearly made him quit

Luke Evans is now a bonafide action star, and he has the muscular, lean physique to go with it. But while working on the movie Immortals, seeing Henry Cavill’s physique nearly made him quit.

The other cast members had already been training for 4-5 months, and we’re in amazing shape, and in particular, Henry Cavill was incredibly lean and muscular to play Theseus. But Luke’s recent diet hadn’t been exactly optimal, as he had just completed a movie in Newcastle (England). The catering department had provided sausage rolls and pasties every day, and he had been drinking Newcastle Brown Ale along with it.

But despite being so far behind the rest of the cast, Luke was placed on an extreme training and diet plan to give him the Greek God physique needed to play Zeus. In 7 weeks he lost 30 lbs and looked in tremendous shape.
