Calming Dream Noise for Rapid Deep Sleep | 12 Hours | BLACK SCREEN | Tinnitus & Anxiety Relief

If 'dreams' had a noise, what would they sound like? And would we be able to sleep to them?

Once again, I've turned to futuristic robots to help gauge what noise 'dreams' would sound like. Here is their response:

"If 'dreams' were a noise, they might sound like a harmonious blend of subtle, ethereal tones and distant melodies, creating an otherworldly soundscape. Imagine a combination of:

Ethereal Melodies: Soft, drifting melodies that ebb and flow like waves, similar to the gentle sounds of wind chimes or distant flutes.

Subtle Ambient Hum: Deep, layered tones and drones adding depth and texture to the dream noise, similar to the layers of meaning and imagery in dreams.

Low Drone: A constant, surreal low-sounding drone representing the confusing and unnatural flow of time within a dream.

Background Movement: Background noises like the rustling of leaves, the distant sound of water flowing, or wind in trees."

Using a variety of methods to achieve each sound (synth sounds, MIDI keyboard, fabric scratching, wind chimes, underwater humming, industrial fan), I have woven together something that feels ethereal and dream-like.

If you're feeling tired, stressed, or generally in need of a good rest, then let this Dream Noise be your 'dream noise' to sleep to.

Sleep well and sleep long! 😴
