Outlining a screenplay can be difficult because there are so many different outlines to use and so many different ways of doing it. Do I use 3 act? 4 act? Story circle? 8 sequences? Here, I give you a step-by-step guide for using my own outlining process as well as a basic rundown of story structure that can apply to all of your writing.

If you're a beginner screenwriter, it's my hope and belief that this video contains everything you need to know in order to start planning your movie. And if you're a more experienced writer, I think this video could help make your writing process simpler, faster, and more efficient. :-)
