Our People: Rachel Sheehan - Marketing & Communications Assistant

Our first Our People of 2024 features Marketing Assistant Rachel Sheehan.

Rachel initially joined our Operations division on a part time, short term, maternity leave contract doing data entry but with a Business degree from Munster Technological University and a specific interest in marketing, she gradually transitioned to a full time position within the growing Marketing & Communications department.

With Rachel working on internal communications, presentations and other marketing campaigns as part of her role, she's since undertaken various graphic design courses and is currently studying for her Masters in Marketing and Management at University College Cork.

Rachel's story shows how you can transition between departments and divisions within the company, how specific training is provided where required and continuous professional development is supported.
