UN warns that Gaza has the world’s most child amputees

The UN warns that Gaza have the highest number of child amputees in the world, adding to global concerns the ongoing situation is among the world's worst humanitarian crises in recent history.

Amina Mohammed, the UN Deputy Secretary-General, described conditions in Gaza as "appalling and apocalyptic."

She also criticized Israel's strict limitations on aid delivery, labeling the current humanitarian assistance levels as "grossly insufficient."
