Calming Twilight Noise for Rapid Deep Sleep | 12 Hours | BLACK SCREEN | Tinnitus & Anxiety Relief

Twilight. My favourite time of day, particularly in the summer. The sky glows with rich oranges, pinks, and purples. Trees stretch long shadows across the ground, while the air cools and birds quietly settle in for the night. The world feels calm and still, with only the soft rustle of leaves and the gentle hum of the Earth and its insects breaking the quiet.

That's what I've tried to capture here.

Using ChatGPT to once again help suggest the layers, I've built quite a fitting embodiment to that beautiful time of day. Here's what was suggested:

*Earth’s Quiet Sigh: The low, resonant hum that feels like the earth's soft exhalation as the sun gently retreats from the sky.
*Evening’s Gentle Whoosh: The faint, almost imperceptible whoosh of the cooling air settling into the landscape, creating a soothing backdrop to the evening.
*Night’s Insect Serenade: The quiet, rhythmic chirping of crickets or a soft hum of cicadas, blending into the evening as nightfall approaches.
*Soft Night’s Blanket: A low, enveloping ambient hum, akin to the subtle background noise of twilight settling over the world, providing a consistent and calming presence.
*Whispering Breeze: A soft, flowing air moving through trees, creating a delicate rustle that signals the end of the day.

These auditory elements combine to evoke the tranquil and gentle essence of twilight, creating a serene transition into the night.

To create this unique auditory experience, I once again employed my signature technique of recording and editing fabric scratching and straw-blowing sounds. These are carefully blended with field recordings and tones from my MIDI keyboard to craft a distinctive soundscape.

Apologies to all Stephenie Meyer fans. Hopefully, this is the next best thing for you!

Sleep long and sleep well! 😴

MADE USING: Wind field recordings (West Malling), MIDI keyboard, fabric scratching and straw blowing
