Accommodation of Pupils: PERLA Assessment for Nurses in under 60 seconds
Normal findings of accommodation are the eyes converge and the pupils constrict to accommodate for near vision. This is a part of the exam that is often not done but is charted because we have habitually charted PERLA for a short hand.
Pupils are equal and reactive to light and accommodation.
