Expected to be completed in 2035, Malaysia’s Forest City was launched in 2014, targeting wealthy property investors from China. 🏡🌴

As of March 2025, only 15% of the project has been completed. This is due to Forest City's developer debts, declining demand amid the COVID-19 travel ban, and the Chinese government's limit on the amount of money that can leave the country.
