🥣 Ingredients:
15oz | 400g cooked chickpeas
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
50g | 6pcs dried apricots
50g | 1/3 cup walnuts
75g | 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1tsp cumin seeds
1/2tsp paprika
1tsp dried herbs
1tbsp soy sauce

🥣 zucchini spaghetti ingredients:
2 zucchini
1oz | 30g dairy-free butter
1 minced garlic clove

❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to to get the flavour you enjoy the most.
❗You can substitute chickpeas for Butter Beans, Cannellini Beans, Red Kidney Beans or any other beans you enjoy.
