Soothing Silver Noise for Deep Rest and Instant Sleep | 12 Hours | BLACK SCREEN | Anxiety Relief

What do you think of first when you hear the colour silver? Moonlight? Sparkling frost? Stars twinkling in the sky? 🥈

Well, inspired by the medals at the Olympics and following Gold Noise last week, I have created my own Silver Noise. Using 'colour theory' once again to help create the sound, I have blended together other coloured noise to create my own version of silver. Following online guidance, this is what was suggested.

To make the color silver, you need to blend certain colors to achieve a metallic, grayish hue. Here's a step-by-step guide:

*Start with White: Use white as your base color, as it will help achieve the brightness needed for silver.
*Add Black: Gradually mix in small amounts of black to create a gray tone. Be careful not to add too much black at once, as you want to achieve a light to medium gray.
*Incorporate Blue: Add a tiny amount of blue to give the gray a cooler, metallic appearance. The blue should be subtle and just enough to create a hint of sheen, mimicking the reflective quality of silver.
*Hint of Gray: Ensure your mixture maintains a hint of gray, balancing the colors to achieve a realistic, metallic silver shade.

Once again, using my usual technique of recording objects to create base layers of sound (then adjusting to match the frequency of the required colour), I followed the 'recipe' for silver, blending together each of the created colour sounds until I felt the balance was just right!

And there you have it - Silver Noise was born!

Sleep well and sleep oh so long tonight! 😴
