Elephant Orphanage in Sri Lanka

The Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage is a government financed home for abandoned, wounded, and orphaned elephants.

In this clip you will see baby elephants playing in the water, funny scenes like a mother playing with her kid, older elephants 'chatting', elephants reaching for trees, caretakers washing the elephants, eating elephants, diving elephants. Well, it's about elephants that's for sure!

The footage was made in 2008, it marked the first time I used video instead of a photocamera on my travels.

The music I used is from Darshan Ambient, the song's name is 'The Rapidity of Sleep', and the licenser is friendlymusic.com (license bought at 28 June 2011).
