Aero Precision M5 SAPR Build

After messing with a series of lightweight proprietary .308 battle rifles, it's time for a new project. This is the start of what Nutnfancy would call a "SAPR" build, based on the Aero Precision M5 platform. Next time in this series we'll group several types of precision .308 load, take it out to extended ranges, and follow up on reliability and how the accessories change.
