MPs vote for PR - and win! Sarah Olney MP's Ten Minute Rule Bill

Today in Parliament, MPs voted for fairer elections and a more democratic future - and they won! Sarah Olney's Ten Minute Rule Bill on proportional representation passed by a wafer thin margin.

Due to the type of bill it is, this won't lead to any legislative change, but it's an important symbolic victory on our journey to electoral reform.
