The original TV anime "Lycoris Recoil" began airing in the summer of 2022 and quickly captured the hearts of many people, regardless of gender, boasting overwhelming popularity. It has been decided that this anime will be adapted into a stage play starting January 2023. The story, which depicts the growth and bond between two girls who belong to the public safety organization "DA," will be performed at Tennozu Galaxy Theatre from Saturday, January 7th to Sunday, January 15th.

In Japan, a country renowned for having some of the world's best public safety measures, there lies a secret behind its peace – an undercover maintenance organization known as “DA,” which clandestinely eliminates criminals with extreme prejudice. DA harbors numerous “Lycoris” agents – young girls trained in assassination and combat skills who typically disguise themselves as high school students infiltrating society while they wait for missions to eradicate criminals and protect Japan’s public order.

Located within Tokyo is a café called "LycoReco," which serves as both a modest storefront and undercover DA branch office. It’s here you’ll find Chisato Nishikigi, reputedly one of the strongest ever Lycoris agents known for her exceptionally cheerful personality.

One day Takina Inoue arrives at LycoReco—a Lycoris agent formerly attached directly to headquarters—and although initially fixated on achieving noteworthy success swiftly so she could return to her former station at headquarters, she eventually learns about life beyond being an agent through her interactions with Chisato. Gradually letting go of her previous hang-ups, Takina strengthens her bond with Chisato.
