Sony Group is promoting inclusive design* across the company and implemented a program called “Sony Inclusive Design Workshop”, together with co-creators with disabilities. Sony Group is rolling it out globally beyond the boundaries of its business operations, to raise awareness among employees.
This video showcases some comments from co-creators with visual or physical disabilities who participated in the workshop held in London, as well as employees from a wide range of business areas, including Music, Pictures, and Entertainment Technology & Services.
*An approach that obtains new insights into designs for all by ensuring that the needs of a wide range of users are understood and included.
