This run goes from Harlem-148th Street Lenox Terminal station in Harlem, Manhattan to Rector Street station in the Financial District of Manhattan.

A little while back, due to trackwork, 3 trains weren't running between Chambers Street and New Lots Avenue, and were rerouted to Rector Street.
