Trump and Hochul meet on congestion pricing, Penn Station revamp

Governor Kathy Hochul met with President Donald Trump in Washington for a two-hour discussion on key issues affecting New York, including the controversial congestion pricing program, the redevelopment of Penn Station, and the potential revival of the Constitution Pipeline project.
